The “ TURBOJET ” is a machine designed for the final stage in the production of velvets and similar materials, or to be employed for pre-washing and washing of textiles in the phase of preparation for printing and dyeing , and the fixing of colours. This machine employs an advanced technique for the water treatment of textiles, characterized by a high hydrodynamic efficiency given by a blade rotor turning at high speed. The water supplied by a pump to the blade rotor, is subjected to a great increase in speed due to the centrifugal force. In this way the jets of water hit the fabric moving around the blade rotor, causing a violent and even hydrodynamic impact, which provides a considerable increase in the washing efficiency in comparison with traditional methods.
